Humanised electronic music.
The first single from the debut EP Incantations. Raw, physical, live-built electronic music from the underground up.
No News are a Melbourne-based live electronic duo — Sonny Puglisi and Cam Tonkin — building something that sounds like nothing else in the room.
The live show is the anchor. High energy, physically demanding, musically precise — a punk attitude applied to electronic music. They cross genre lines without asking for permission, pulling in underground rap, club textures, and raw analogue energy into sets that feel loose and instinctive even when they're technically exact.
The visual world is built around chainmail, movement, dark spaces, and a 1988 Ford Falcon XF with a green stripe. It's Mortal Kombat characters who make abstract dance music. The mystery is intentional. The chaos is controlled.
"We want to feel like we're not playing the same set for 10 years."
The debut EP Incantations drops 14 July 2026, preceded by the single Gardens Back to Life on 23 June. Each track carries its own world — a golf record sampled into a dance floor weapon, a cover rebuilt from the ground up, a voice memo turned into something you don't expect.
